Chris Smiles

At Proxima, Chris leads our Global Solutions function, which is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for our diverse range of clients. His role is pivotal in driving commercial success by ensuring that our solutions are clear, aligned with client priorities, and commercially viable. Chris works closely with senior stakeholders across the business and fosters strong relationships that drive business growth. Chris is a passionate problem-solver and loves the variety of challenges that his role brings up on a daily basis. Outside of work, Chris has a passion for well-being and coaches part-time at his local Crossfit gym. If he is not there, he spends his free time watching his beloved Liverpool FC or spending time with his daughter Aria!
